Chad Manspeaker is a 7th generation Topekan. Attending USD 501 public schools and graduating from Washburn University, Chad has called Topeka his home for his entire life.
Chad, married to Cheyenne (Anderson) Manspeaker, defines himself as a family man with two daughters, Stella (7) and Maggie (5), and newborn son, Henry.
His young family has fueled his desire to make Topeka a better town so his children can have higher and stronger shoulders to stand on when they make it even better thirty years from now.
